Is advertising spend included in the packages?
No. Your media budget is separate from Orca’s management fee and is paid directly through the relevant advertising platform, keeping spend transparent and under your control.
Can I build a tailor-made package?
Yes. Use the plan configurator to combine the channels and support you need, view an indicative estimate and send the configuration for a tailored proposal.
Can I commission one-off work?
Yes. Freelance support is available for focused projects outside the monthly packages. Tell me what you need and I’ll provide a tailored scope and price.
What will you need from me?
I’ll need a clear view of your business, offer and priorities, plus the relevant brand assets, product information and approvals. The better I understand your business, the stronger the work will be.
Do you create photography or video?
Photography and video production are not included. You provide—or make reasonably accessible—the imagery and footage needed, and I shape those assets into effective, cohesive marketing.
Do you manage organic social-media accounts?
No. Orca creates and manages paid advertising campaigns and can supply branded graphics for clients to publish themselves. Organic captions, scheduling, publishing, comment management and inbox management are not included.
Can you support email marketing?
Email marketing is available as an additional service for eligible businesses that already have an established email platform and a suitable permission-based mailing list. Account access and list suitability are reviewed before work is agreed.
Which accounts will you need access to?
That depends on the agreed scope. It may include Meta Business, Google Ads and relevant analytics or website systems. Access is only requested where it is needed to deliver the agreed work.
